<description>&gt;Last time I checked I didn’t quite agree with the training material. I’ll stick to experience based story telling here.

...this is exactly what good training is about ;-) To be honest, I don't agree with the training material either - often I have to declare it as "a good reference for later".....

Anyway - have a good time; maybe we wil meet again some time some place.

		<description>Björn,

Thanks for the great article. Nice and concise.

In my case, I also used the SqlDataDictionary.tableSynchronize method to force the index change on the underlying database.

Since I was starting with a list of table names I also found the tablename2id function to be very handy.

		<description>Hey Tobias,

I remember you :)

Actually, sometimes I do custom, in-house training. But I'm not really into the formal training thing. Last time I checked I didn't quite agree with the training material. I'll stick to experience based story telling here.

<description>oh boy... X++ people beats Java in being verbose and ugly ...
Have ever used reflection in Smalltalk ? Piece of cake it is. But what to say to people who wrote these X++ reflection APIs.
BTW do Axapta have any connection with Smalltalk ?, they seems to have made poor try to imitate Smalltalk tools like Browser or lets say fileless modal for code ! But i wonder if it is so how they don't copied syntax from Smalltalk ! Ohh copying mainstream languages is also important , ehh !

<description>I don't have a 3.0 version. The XPO contains only a single job with the code presented in the article. You can just copy the code from the article or open the XPO in Notepad and take it from there.</description>
